Rockport Institute Career Aptitude Test
In order to receive the Rockport Career Aptitude Test, you must submit your mailing address for Rick to send you the testing packet via USPS Priority mail. You will find in the packet instructional audio CD’s, a Client Information Form to be filled out, the test, and an envelope for mailing back your completed test.
Take the test in the privacy of your home. This program can be stopped after anyone of the testing segments for breaks if needed. Usually, the test takes 3 – 3.5 hours to complete. The test results come back to you in two weeks with written and audio interpretation of how natural aptitudes are best applied in work and life situations. Once you receive all the test results, a one-on-one 90 minute interpretation session is then scheduled with Rick Duff by telephone.

Highlands Ability Battery
The Highlands Ability Battery test is taken on-line. This test takes approximately 3 hours to complete, and your test results are available immediately after completion. Rick must be contacted before taking the test to get the appropriate code that allows you to enter the system and take the test.
Once you have retrieved your result, please contact Rick to schedule a review session where Rick will personalizes and interprets the testing scores for you.

Myers-Briggs
This test is taken on-line. You will have to contact Rick for the coding to get you into the system to take the test. The test will take approximately 30 minutes. When you are done, you MUST contact Rick letting him know you have completed the test. He will then email the results to you. An appointment will be scheduled with Rick to go over the results with you.

Strong Interest Inventory
This test is taken on-line. You will have to contact Rick for the coding to get you into the system to take the test. The test will take approximately 30 minutes. When you are done, you MUST contact Rick letting him know you have completed the test and to schedule an appointment to go over the results. He will then email the results for your review before your consultation session.

Emergenetics Questionnaire for Adults 19 and older
This test is also done on-line and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. You will have to contact Rick for the coding to get you into the system to take the test. When you are done, you will be able to retrive the results immediately. Contact Rick letting him know you have completed the test, and to make an appointment to scheduled time with Rick to go over the results with you.

The Duff Career Choice Consultation
OBJECTIVE: This program is designed to help you choose a career by taking either the Rockport Aptitude Test or the Highland Ability Battery test. The initial Test Review to discuss the results are followed by 3 additional consulting sessions. This is for people wanting further help with an in-depth and systematic approach for getting a clear picture of what truly matters to them, and for designing their ideal career.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE: The program is based on each individuals situation and how quickly they can decide on the essential elements they must have in their career. It’s a bit like assembling the pieces of a puzzle, one piece at a time. This series of self-paced one-on-one sessions take up to three one and a half hour appointments spread over several months. We go in depth into exploring your unique qualities and strengths, identifying the right environment for these abilities to thrive, and discovering what brings meaning and purpose to you. This is the formula for a successful career. Additional sessions are available at an hourly rate if more time is necessary.
WHERE: Sessions are conducted by long distance telephone. Telephone calls are made and paid for by the client.
TRIAL RUN: Please call Rick Duff at 949-713-3155 and set up a time to have a conference. The trial run is free. The whole purpose is for both of us to determine whether or not the Duff Career Choice Program would be the best way for you to move forward with your career decisions. It is important to have a good fit between the program, your goals, and your expectations. During this conference, we will discuss your situation, what you want to achieve in the Duff Career Choice Program, and answer any of your questions. If we decide it is a good fit, we can begin to work together.
